Smart Caravan App
Companion app for GPS trackers and sensor systems that lets caravan owners keep an eye on their vehicle from anywhere.
Caravan owners want to know things about a vehicle that is parked somewhere else: tyre pressure, gas level, where it currently is. The hardware was already there as GPS trackers and sensor packs. The app is what makes it readable.
I came in on the existing NativeScript and Vue app, which needed maintenance and a fair amount of bug fixing before anything else could happen. After that I built the replacement in Flutter with Riverpod, from scratch.
It was a short engagement, and short engagements on somebody else's codebase are mostly a reading exercise. The client's summary afterwards is on this page.
